ULS athletes pick up year-end honors

Three University Liggett School students were honored for their athletic abilities.

June graduate Charlotte Waldmeir was named to the second all-state soccer team and Paige Counsman was named to the third all state soccer team. Counsman will be a senior in the fall.

In addition, Marc Hames, who graduated in June, received All-State Honorable mention for golf. 

ULS athletes get conference recognition

University Liggett School student athletes who participated in spring sports were recognized by the Metro Conference and Southeast Michigan Lacrosse Association for their accomplishments on the field.

Varsity baseball sophomore Dominic Jamett, senior Thomas Graves and senior Andrew Malaski were named to the Metro Conference first team. Sophomore Joseph Simon and senior Jeremiah Manning were named to the second team.

Senior Marc Hames was named to the Metro Conference first team for his accomplishments with the varsity golf team. read more...
